DCB installed the Equipment for the production automation support project in the clothing manufacturing small manufacturer specialized center.

DCB's Beomil Clothing Manufacturing Support Center will establish a production automation ONE-STOP support system for clothing manufacturers in the agglomerated area.

But, due to advanced technology development in recent years, automation has also been carried out in the foundation and sewing process. So Small manufacturers operating sewing factories in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, are also aware of the need for automation equipment and are preparing to introduce it.

Accordingly, DCB will establish a production automation room at the Beomil Clothing Manufacturing Support Center. In addition, to provide clothing manufacturers, helpful machines will be installed such as ▲"Pattern input/output device" converts paper patterns into pattern CAD files, ▲Pattern CAD programs for pattern modification and grading, and ▲An automatic cutting machine that calculates how many clothes can be made and prints and cuts markers on fabric.

It will support production automation processes for 20 companies by January next year. Participating companies are recruited annually, and small manufacturers in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu (including small manufacturers in Jwacheon-dong, Busanjin-gu, and Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu) can apply on DCB website (www.dcb.or.kr).
