Busan Fashion Creative Studio particiated in 2020 Global B2B Post DFF

Eighteen brands from the Busan Fashion Creative Studio of Design Council Busan participated in the 2020 Global B2B Post DFF.
The 2020 Global B2B Fashion Ordering Contest (2020 Post DFF) was scheduled to be held at Exco in Daegu for two days from August 28. But Offline events such as various fashion shows, order counseling, and networking were converted to a full-scale, non-face-to-face online video consultation system in response to the COVID-19 situation.
Eighteen brands consulted with 70 buyers from 15 countries, including 'Browns London' from the U.K. and 'Actually' from Singapore using WeChat with Chinese buyers, and Zoom with other English buyers. Designers prepared video counseling without a hitch with line sheets, lookbooks, and filmed videos that provide the image of how they fit in in advance.
By promoting the event in a safe, non-face-to-face manner such as live video commerce broadcasts, DCB encouraged participating designers to boost their sales.
“Through the participation in the global B2B Post DFF, we hope that the market will not stagnate due to the COVID-19 crisis and that the Busan Fashion Creation Studio brand will achieve business growth and sales increase, which will help them grow quantitatively and qualitatively.” said Ma Jung-Hoon, Head of Textile and Fashion Team.
DCB's textile and fashion team is pushing for media marketing supporting projects through the Clothing Manufacturer Specialized Support Center's operation. It supports entry into the online market by producing online media contents for small products in Beomil-dong. It will be recruited by Sept. 4 through the website of DCB. It will provide live commerce broadcasting using YouTube channels for products from 10 companies.
